  2. The files in this directory are called "runtime modules". These are files
  3. which contain common code which are required by some programs. By having
  4. the common code in a runtime module, individual programs can be made smaller.
  5.  
  6. You do not have to bother with these files unless a program says that it
  7. requires one of them. The program's documentation will normally tell you
  8. which runtime module is needed and where on your hard disk to put it.
  9.  
  10. If a file has a .ZIP extension, such as VBRUN200.ZIP, you can install it by
  11. changing into the RUNTIMES directory and typing
  12.                        \PKUNZIP VBRUN200.ZIP C:\WINDOWS
  13. assuming C:\WINDOWS is your Windows directory on your hard disk.

  15. If a file does not have a .ZIP extension, such as VBRUN300.DLL, just type:
  16.                          COPY VBRUN300.DLL C:\WINDOWS
